Terms of website use

Service requests are requests — not automatic authorization for work.

Effective: August 13, 2026

Website purpose

This website provides information and a way to request appliance repair, condo handyman/maintenance, and related physical maintenance support. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability, create an appointment, establish a final price, or authorize work.

Scope confirmation

Service scope, price, scheduling, parts, access, warranties, and any other job-specific terms must be confirmed separately. A request may be declined or referred when the work is unsafe, outside service territory, outside technician qualifications, requires a permit, or falls within a regulated trade.

Handyman limitations

General handyman/maintenance descriptions on the site are intended for lawful non-permitted work. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigerant, gas, roofing, structural, and other regulated work is not represented as ordinary handyman work and requires appropriately licensed/qualified providers when applicable.

Condo and association approvals

Customers and property managers are responsible for obtaining necessary owner, association, building, tenant, or other permissions and for providing lawful access unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Owner-away checks

Owner-away or visual maintenance checks are limited observations. They are not a substitute for security monitoring, insurance inspections, licensed home inspections, mold inspections, engineering, code inspections, or emergency response and do not guarantee detection of hidden or developing conditions.

Access credentials

Do not submit alarm codes, permanent door codes, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive credentials through the website. Any temporary access credential should be shared separately using an agreed method.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, access, and service information and to update the business if circumstances change before a visit.

Emergency conditions

The website and ordinary service workflow are not emergency services. For fire, gas odor, electrical arcing, active flooding, medical emergencies, or immediate threats to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency, utility, building, or licensed professional service.

Website availability

The site may occasionally be unavailable or experience delays. Online status information is provided for convenience and may lag behind direct communications.

Changes

These website terms may be updated as the service model changes. Job-specific written agreements control if they conflict with general website descriptions.
