Frequently asked questions

Know what fits before you book.

Appliance repair and condo handyman work have different scope, parts, access, and licensing considerations. These answers set the baseline.

What appliances can I submit?

Refrigerators/freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges/ovens/cooktops, ice makers, microwaves/hoods, and other major household appliances. A submission is a request for fit/availability screening, not a guarantee that every brand/model or repair type is accepted.

What condo handyman work can I request?

Examples include minor drywall patching, paint touch-up, caulk/grout refresh, door/cabinet adjustments, blinds/shelving, furniture assembly, filter/battery changes, punch lists, turnovers, and visual owner-away checks.

What work is outside normal handyman scope?

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigerant, gas, roofing, structural, and permit-required work is not represented as ordinary handyman work. Those scopes require appropriate licensing/qualification and any necessary building or government approvals.

Do you handle condo association rules and access?

The request form can capture building, unit, gate, concierge, parking, lockbox, elevator, and association notes. The owner/manager remains responsible for ensuring permission and access unless separately agreed.

Can you check a condo while I am away?

Yes, a recurring visual-check plan can be requested. It is a maintenance observation service, not security, insurance inspection, mold inspection, home inspection, or a guarantee that every hidden problem will be detected.

Can you prepare a unit before I arrive?

Simple arrival/departure readiness and an approved punch list can be part of condo care. Cleaning, stocking, linen, rental management, or other services are only included if specifically agreed.

Can property managers submit several units?

Yes. Use the Property Manager / Multi-Unit service lane and include the unit and access details. Larger portfolio relationships should establish billing and service terms separately.

How does online tracking work?

After a successful full-stack submission, the site returns a public service number. The Track Request page requires that service number plus the matching phone number and returns only limited status information.

Does the website take payment?

No payment processing is included in this build. This keeps the initial platform focused on lead intake, durable work orders, scheduling status, and owner/admin workflow without inventing a payment provider or fee model.
