Information collected

When you submit a service request, the site may collect your name, phone number, email, service address, building/unit, non-sensitive access instructions, requested service, appliance details, issue description, preferred scheduling information, and consent to be contacted.

Sensitive access credentials

Do not submit alarm codes, permanent door codes, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive credentials through the website. Coordinate any necessary temporary access credential directly using an agreed communication method.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate, schedule, perform, document, and follow up on requested services; communicate with customers or authorized property contacts; maintain service records; and protect the site from misuse.

Cloudflare infrastructure

The operational deployment stores service-request records in a Cloudflare D1 database bound to the site’s Cloudflare server-side worker. Cloudflare may also process technical request data as part of delivering and protecting the service.

Notifications

If optional email notifications are enabled, submitted request details may be sent through the configured transactional email provider. The deployment package supports optional Resend integration but does not include or expose an API key.

Retention

Service records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, warranty/defect follow-up, disputes, or legal obligations. The business owner should establish a written retention schedule before production use.

Sharing

Information is not intended to be sold. It may be shared with service providers, licensed trade professionals, property contacts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill a request, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

You may request correction or deletion of information subject to legal and operational retention requirements by contacting service request form.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, including HTTPS through Cloudflare, restricted administrative endpoints, security headers, server-side validation, first-use owner setup protection, and time-limited admin sessions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is intended for adults arranging property maintenance and is not directed to children.

Changes

This policy may be updated as services or vendors change. The effective date above should be revised when material changes are published.
